In case you fail to make your payment, which can be due to the payment method error or insufficient balance in the attached payment card.  

In such cases, StaffViz provides you a grace period of Seven (7) days to pay your dues. If you fail to do so, your users will be blocked after the grace period.  

Only admins with billing section access and owner are allowed to access the billing and reports section for three days before the account subscription gets canceled.  

If a user is still unable to pay, they are allowed to retrieve their data within the data retention period, which is different for all StaffViz plans.
