Billing 

The Billing module in StaffViz offers users a centralized hub to manage and monitor their financial engagement with the platform. Accessible directly from the main menu, this module provides essential transparency and control over all billing-related aspects. Users can view their billing history, review detailed invoices, manage billable users, and check the current active plan—all in one place. This comprehensive module simplifies financial tracking, enabling users to stay informed and efficiently manage their StaffViz subscription.

Section 1: Invoice Details 

On the billing module the first section provides user with the last and next invoice details. 

The details include the invoice price, payment status that can be due and paid or draft in case of the future invoice, and payment dates. 

 

 

Lastly, you can see the payment date. Payment date for the last invoice showcases the date at which the last invoice was paid and the payment date for the next invoice showcases the date at which the next invoice is to be paid.
