To begin follow the steps mentioned below:

Steps 1: Check For Invitation Email

First, check your email for an invitation from your company. So, check your inbox to find the mail. In case you don’t find the mail, check the spam folder.

Step 2: Accept Invitation

In the invitation email, simply click the Accept button.

Step 3: Fill Up Registration Form

Once you click the accept button, a registration page will open in your browser. Here, you need to fill out all the following details to sign up.

1.      First Name: Enter your legal first name. This is typically the name given to you at birth or the name you commonly use.

Example: John

2.      Last Name: Enter your legal last name or surname. This is usually your family name.

Example: Doe

3.      Email: Provide a valid email address that you have access to. This will be used for communication and account verification.

Example: johndoe123@gmail.com

4.      Phone: Enter your phone number, including the country code. Ensure that the number is correct.

Example: +1-1234567890

5.      Password: Create a strong password. It should be a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters to ensure security.

Example: P@ssw0rd123

6.      Confirm Password: Re-enter the password you created to confirm it. This helps ensure that you have entered your password correctly.

Example: P@ssw0rd123

Step 4: Click Sign Up

Once you've completed all the fields, click the "Sign Up" button.

Step 5: Login Account

You've successfully signed up for your account.

Here, just enter your email and password in the second field and click Login

Step 6: Dashboard

You've logged in to your StaffViz account. This is your Dashboard.

Download StaffViz Desktop Application

Once you log in to your StaffViz account, the first thing you should do is to navigate to the main menu and click Download Client.

On the download client page, you have different versions of StaffViz desktop application.

Download StaffViz Desktop application according to your system requirements to easily access StaffViz from your PC.
